Onboarding is designed to be minimal. Acey is designed to integrate with existing fleet management systems or operate through a standalone operator dashboard — platform tooling in active development with early fleet partners.

One contract covers all service categories — charging assistance, interior cleaning and QA, and any future services added to the Acey platform. No per-service vendor negotiations. Fleet operators define service parameters, SLAs, and coverage areas once.
API & Dashboard-Integration
Fleet management systems will connect to RobotaxiEIN via API to issue service requests automatically when vehicles reach defined trigger conditions — state of charge thresholds, post-ride cleanliness flags, or scheduled inspection intervals. Operators onboarding during the early access period are dispatched directly through our operations team while the integration layer is finalised with our first fleet partners.
